TERMS & CONDITIONS - WEEKLY RATE
- Minimum stay a week and no refund for early checkout
- Accommodation to be paid in advance
- Phone deposit is $30 for line to be connected
- Restaurant bills cannot be charged to account unless credit card details with reception.
**Guest to inform the night before checkout date if extending stay and account settled accordingly
FOR NO SERVICE ROOMS
- If extending stay for less than a week, daily rate will be: $50 (budget), $60 (standard), $80 (deluxe) and $100(family deluxe/spa)
- Room will be serviced on the 7th day ie linen changed and room will be cleaned .
